A quality technician works closely with production to ensure our products are created, inspected and packaged to ensure we exceed our customer’s and relevant regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Inspect products at start up, in-process and final steps of the manufacturing processes to ensure that products comply with quality standards.
- Document results from inspection processes.
- Package, label, inspect and prepare final product to customer and ATL’s requirements.
- Examine and analyze non-conforming product to identify extent of problems, and proactively suggest how best to resolve the issue.
- Collaborate with all functional groups.
- Document and assist in maintaining records, drawings, and other data as required for organizational functions.
- Operate the Winder or PIC according to all safety, customer and ATL’s requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma
- Familiar with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter. Proactive nature. Ability to work independently.
